My work spans everything from platform strategy and service design to hands-on prototyping across mobile, web, and immersive formats.
I have experience working with public sector and government-funded organizations. At Learnovate, a government-funded educational research center at Trinity College Dublin, I designed and tested future-facing learning prototypes, conducting user research with educators and working with policymakers to shape digital learning strategies. I’ve also worked at RTÉ, Ireland’s national public service broadcaster, designing digital experiences and interactive content for diverse public audiences.”
My Approach
I believe great design starts with understanding. Processes include:
Conduct user interviews and stakeholder workshops to understand real needs
Map current user flows and identify pain points
Facilitate collaborative sessions to align teams on problems and opportunities
Design solutions informed by research, not assumptions
Provide strategic recommendations for product roadmaps
At Groupon, I contributed to AI-focused projects and helped launch a new communications channel to improve engagement. Before that, I joined Artificial Industry in the Netherlands, where I worked on agile product design initiatives, including accessibility-focused games and digital tools.
Alongside consulting, I’ve also worked with global brands such as Intel, Novartis, Fruit of the Loom, and Danone. I’ve designed for sectors ranging from fintech and healthcare to education and entertainment.
I enjoy working on projects that mix strategic thinking with fast, creative experimentation. I help teams explore new ideas, test them quickly, and bring meaningful experiences to life.
