I’m Sue, a senior product designer and independent consultant designing digital products, services and experiences.

My work has taken me from early web and multimedia projects through to complex digital products for organisations including Groupon, Intel, Microsoft, Mastercard, Novartis and Vodafone. I’ve worked across healthcare, fintech, e-commerce, education, entertainment and emerging technology, moving between strategy, research, interaction design and hands-on prototyping.

Over the past few years, my practice has increasingly become a space for experimentation. Alongside product design consulting, I’ve been developing digital products and apps, exploring AI, 3D printing and digital fabrication, and developing physical products and prototypes.

I’m particularly interested in what happens at the intersection of design, technology and innovation, exploring new possibilities, testing ideas quickly and turning them into something tangible.

I’m based in Ireland and work remotely with teams and organisations internationally.
